Embodiment & Roleplay

Sometimes, healing needs movement. In our sessions, we may invite you to step into a character, act out a memory or speak to a younger version of yourself to gain a new perspective.
These practices, drawn from psychodrama and expressive movement, allow your body to release what your mind has held for too long. You might surprise yourself with what emerges, a forgotten memory, a burst of laughter, a long-overdue truth.
