COUNSELLING PSYCHOLOGIST
Ananya Bansal
She/her.
Therapy is love in practice. It was one of the first things I learned in my training, and it’s lived in my heart ever since. That’s the kind of space I try to create: gentle, reflective, and deeply human. Sessions with me often feel like conversations that flow easily but leave you holding onto a thought or a moment that lingers long after. We might laugh, reflect, pause, and maybe even dance to a silly song after a breakthrough. Healing, after all, can be both sacred and silly. Outside the therapy room, I’m a crocheting, cooking, mildly whiny youngest-daughter type who finds joy in both quiet afternoons and small absurdities.
