Popular Questions
01What types of therapy do you offer?
We offer individual therapy, group therapy, and expressive arts therapy, alongside corporate wellness programmes for organisations and mental health programmes for schools. Our approach draws on frameworks including CBT, psychodynamic work, and expressive arts — we tailor the method to what actually fits you rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
02How do I know if therapy is right for me?
You don't have to be in crisis to start therapy. If you're noticing ongoing stress, low mood, relationship friction, burnout, or simply want to understand yourself better, therapy can help. Many clients start with an initial conversation just to check if it feels like the right fit before committing to ongoing sessions.
03How long does therapy usually take?
There's no fixed timeline — it depends on what you're working through. Some clients find clarity in a few sessions; others prefer ongoing, longer-term support. We check in with you regularly about progress and adjust the pace together, rather than locking you into a preset number of sessions.
04Are my sessions confidential?
Yes. What you share in session stays between you and your therapist, in line with standard confidentiality practice in psychotherapy. The only exceptions are the legally and ethically recognised ones, such as an immediate risk of serious harm to yourself or someone else, and your therapist will always explain these upfront.
05Do you accept insurance?
We don't currently have direct cashless tie-ups with insurance providers. That said, many clients successfully claim reimbursement for therapy costs through their health insurance or employer wellness benefits — we're happy to share a session receipt for this. We'd recommend checking the specifics of what's covered directly with your provider.
06What is the cost of therapy sessions?
Fees depend on the format (individual, couples, or group) and the therapist you work with. We'll share exact pricing when you reach out to book, so there are no surprises before your first session — message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form and we'll get back to you quickly.
07How do I schedule an appointment?
Booking is simple: click "Get in Touch" or "Book Your Session" anywhere on the site to reach our online booking page, pick a date and time that works for you, and fill in a few quick details. You're also welcome to message us on WhatsApp or through the contact form first if you'd like to ask questions before booking.
08Do you work with organisations and schools, not just individuals?
Yes — alongside individual therapy, we run corporate wellness programmes for organisations and mental health programmes for schools, helping build healthier, more supportive environments at work and in education. If you're an HR leader or school administrator exploring this for your organisation, reach out and we'll walk you through how it works.
09Can therapy help with relationship issues?
Yes. While we don't currently run dedicated couples sessions, individual therapy is often where relationship patterns get worked through — communication, boundaries, trust, and how past experiences shape present relationships. Many clients come to us specifically to make sense of relationship difficulties through one-on-one work.
10What if I need urgent mental health support?
If you or someone you know is in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please reach out immediately. You can call the KIRAN Mental Health Helpline at 1800-599-0019, a free, 24/7, government-run helpline available across India in multiple languages. In a medical emergency, please go to your nearest hospital or call local emergency services. Therapy with us is not a substitute for emergency care, but we're here to support ongoing mental health once you're safe.
