COUNSELLING PSYCHOLOGIST
Akritti Agarwal
She/her. I’ve always been drawn to stories both the ones we tell and the ones we carry quietly. Before entering the world of psychology, I spent six years as an art director, shaping visuals and exploring the emotional language of image and space. Over time, I became more curious about the inner world the unspoken, the unseen, the parts of us that long to be understood. That curiosity led me to therapy, and in many ways, back to myself. My approach is relational and intuitive, often blending talk therapy with expressive modalities. I believe healing happens when we’re seen without needing to perform when even the parts we’ve rejected are held with honesty and care. Outside the therapy room, I find comfort in poetry, long walks, philosophical musings, and music that speaks without words.
